I'm a BCRPA-certified Fitness Professional and Weight Training Professional, Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, and Wim Hof Method Instructor based in Victoria, BC. I grew up in Coventry, England playing football (soccer) from a young age, and I've been training for most of my life. Helping clients reach their goals is something I genuinely love doing.
My approach is built around the four fundamentals that actually matter for long-term health and performance: mobility, flexibility, strength, and conditioning. These aren't just gym metrics, they're what allow you to climb a mountain, hit the trails, paddle a kayak, or keep up with your kids without breaking down. I train people for life's adventures, not just for the weight room.
I place a strong emphasis on proprioception improving your balance, coordination, and body awareness, so that every gain you make in the gym translates directly into how you move in the real world. Whether you want to get stronger, feel better, improve your performance, or simply move with more confidence, I build a plan that fits you and the life you want to live.
Beyond personal training, I coach Vic West Division 3 men's soccer. When I'm not training clients or on the pitch, you'll find me climbing, trail running, or out hiking and camping with friends.
